Be-Sfe Data Vault (hereinafter "Be-Sfe"/"we") recognize that privacy is most important, and the main reason why you use the Application. Be-Sfe provides this Privacy Policy to inform users of Be-Sfe Data Vault (the "Application"), about our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of information. This Policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to the information that is collected in connection with the download, installation and use of the Application. 1.2 Non-Personal Information We may collect Non-Personal Information about users whenever they interact with our apps. Non-Personal Information may include the information about your devices, including the list of installed apps on your devices, and technical information about users means of connection to our apps, such as the versions of phone model and other similar information.

3.1 Personal Information In general, we use Session and Usage Data internally to serve our Users and enable them to take maximum advantage of the Applications. We do not store Personal Information and therefore we do not disclose your Personal Information.
3.2 Non-Personal Information We may disclose Non-Personal Information to our trusted partners who shall comply with this privacy policy and the relevant privacy laws. We do not combine Non-Personal Information with Personal Information (such as combining your name with your unique User Device number).

The Application may also carry advertisements from other companies. When you click on links of third parties in the Application, you may leave the Application. We cannot, and do not, control the information you share with other users using the Application (including via Forums) or how such other users will use or share such information. We are not responsible for third party circumvention of our security measures.
6. Security
We do not collect Personal Information, and we employ administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect your Non-Personal Information from unauthorized access and use. Please be aware that no security measures that we take to protect your information are absolutely guaranteed to avoid unauthorized access or use of your Non-Personal Information which is impenetrable. To ensure maximum privacy and maximum data protection, Be-Sfe never store and can never access user password. Due to this zero-knowledge policy, Be-Sfe is also unable to reset password or retrieve data if the password is forgotten. Be-Sfe encrypts all User Files and User Content using highly secure and internationally renowned encryption methods (AES-256 encryption standards). These encryption methods have been designed to offer long-term protection. All User Files and User Content are stored in the User’s Device. User Files and User Content can be backup into the User’s Cloud Storage (Google Drive or Apple iCloud). None of User Files or User content are stored in Be-Sfe servers. Be-Sfe does not operate any server or online storage capability.
7. International Users
Your Information may be stored and processed in any country where we have facilities, and by using the Application, you consent to the transfer of your Information to countries, including the United States, which may be outside of your country of residence and may provide for different and less stringent data protection rules than in your country. If you object to your Information being transferred or used as described in this Policy, please do not use the Application, immediately delete all Applications from your User Devices.
8. Sensitive Information
We ask that you not send us, and you not disclose, any sensitive Personal Information (e.g., information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, sexual orientation, criminal background or membership in past organizations, including trade union memberships) on or through the Application, to us.
